Refunds

We do not provide refunds in the cases of longer shipping times as we utilize a third party and cannot control unforeseen circumstances.

This is also true if the cookies come partially damaged.

That being said, we believe customer satisfaction is extremely important so if you have any problems with your order, feel free to reach us at contact@whiskedaway.ca

We require receipt or proof of purchase for a refund. You may be asked for photographic evidence to process a return. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
